To deliver care coordination, generate your VYTA Notes and Health Timeline, connect you with providers, and improve platform reliability and safety. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information with the providers and care team members you engage with, and with service vendors bound by confidentiality obligations. We disclose information when required by law or to prevent imminent harm.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your information at any time from Settings, or by emailing info@vytahealthcare.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by role, and every access path is governed by row-level security policies.
