Not emergency care
VYTA is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911. For mental health crises, call or text 988.
VYTA One is a coordinator, not a clinician
VYTA One helps you organize, remember, and navigate your healthcare. It does not diagnose or treat. Your specialist has the first and final approval of your medical record.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Accounts may not be shared.
Billing
Paid plans, including employer plans following the trial period, are billed as described at signup. You may cancel at any time; charges already incurred are non-refundable unless required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or use VYTA to harass providers or other members.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
